If you are approaching some form of Change in any area of your life, having reliable psychological resources will assist in improving your fitness for Change. Psychological Capital (PsyCap for short) will assist in increasing your fitness for the change process and whatever is to come. According to Luthans, Avey, Avolio and Paterson (2010); the following four behaviour concepts focus on leaving the comfort zone and increasing fitness and strength for the change process:

• Ongoing Positive attribution about succeeding.
• Persevering with goals with flexibility so as to succeed.
• Resilience – sustaining and bouncing back to attain success.
