"Our sessions together created subtle changes in my behavior and thinking that have a profound and positive impact on my life. I want people to know that they don't have to feel miserable, that they deserve to have the things they want. But what I learnt the most is that I need to make the changes to get what I want, no one can do it for me."

"Lesley has bolstered my thoughts and patterns of thinking, with such pure intent; steady, calm, self-assuring direction. Her assistance has been invaluable in decluttering the "what ifs" and the hesitations that have historically stalled my rate of progress."

Lesley Sayers – a brief background:

I have been training with the Coaching Institute in Melbourne since 2009. I choose to continue my training as part of the Masters Academy as I am committed to learning. Throughout this time, I have concurrently studied with Dr Russ Harris in the field of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). A brilliant match of learning for how I instinctively Coach.

My previous career in Education (Senior Executive Behaviour and Learning), of 30 years; prepared me well for the professionalism, commitment and creativity of Life Coaching. I am excited and inspired to use my life and professional experiences to assist others to discover more about their potential so that they can achieve outstanding success in all aspects of their life. Being stuck or lost in your life sadly affects every part of your human “being”. To quote George Eliot “We have but one life; it is never too late to BE what you might have been!”

To take ACTION about your life is the greatest gift you can give yourself.

It’s OK to be scared of the unknown this usually means change is coming; fear dissipates with well planned action.
I guide and assist my client’s to overcome barriers so as to successfully plan and achieve what they want in their life!
